A core area of Tetiana's practice is trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy. She recognises that many emotional, behavioural, relationship, and self-esteem difficulties can be influenced by earlier life experiences, attachment patterns, unresolved trauma, and chronic stress. By helping clients understand, process, and heal from these underlying experiences, she supports them to develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others, improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence. Tetiana also places significant importance on the relationship between physical and emotional wellbeing. She understands that stress, trauma, and emotional difficulties often affect both the mind and body, influencing mood, behaviour, physical symptoms, and overall functioning. Through somatic-informed, mindfulness-based, and nervous system regulation strategies, she helps clients reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and support lasting psychological wellbeing.
Clinical Approach
Tetiana is particularly passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult periods in their lives and find a path forward when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain. Whether navigating relationship challenges, parenting difficulties, trauma recovery, grief, workplace stress, health concerns, or significant life transitions, she works collaboratively with clients to foster insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful progress toward their goals.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Tetiana has experience conducting psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and a deeper understanding of individual strengths and challenges. She provides assessments for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning and cognitive functioning, and adaptive functioning.
Tetiana has also worked within hospital and multidisciplinary settings, supporting individuals experiencing the interaction between physical health and psychological wellbeing. This has strengthened her expertise in working with chronic illness, chronic pain, medical trauma, adjustment to diagnosis, and the emotional impact of long-term health conditions.
Tetiana is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice, ensuring her clients benefit from current research and high-quality psychological care.
