All Sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise stated

  • Initial Session $250

    Subsequent Session $240

  • Initial Session 60 minutes $300

    Subsequent Session $285

  • Initial Session $240

    Subsequent Session $230

  • $250-$280 Dependant upon Practitioner

  • A Medicare or private health rebate may be available for your therapy sessions.

    If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you will receive a refund/rebate from Medicare the day after your appointment. If you do not have access to Medicare, then your Private Health Insurance Policy may provide a rebate, depending on your policy.

    To be eligible to have a portion of your fees covered by Medicare, you must have a “Mental Health Care Plan”, which can be obtained by contacting your GP.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 48 hrs notice for appointment cancellation/reschedule - Full session fee

Rescheduling is available via the Client Portal

We appreciate that plans change and sometimes postponing an appointment is unavoidable, however we do require 24 hours notification in advance of your appointment to avoid late cancellation fees. *Please note effective May 18 2026, 48 hours notice will be required or fees apply.

We do offer Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unwell or unable to attend in person.

Please note that messages notifying of a cancellation outside of reception hours (9am - 5pm) are considered to be received on the following business day. For any appointments on Mondays, notification is required before 12pm Friday.

Same day cancellations and failure to attend (including forgetting your appointment) are considered to be appointments where no notice has been provided and are therefore charged at the Full-Fee rate. Please be aware that Medicare will not approve rebates on any incurred cancellation fees.
