Lizzie Stafford
Director and Principal Therapist
Lizzie is a compassionate and experienced Therapist who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and complex trauma. She brings a warm, grounded presence to therapy and understands how difficult it can be to take the first step toward seeking support.
Lizzie has experience working across private practice and hospital settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges including workplace issues, family or parenting issues offering support for adults, teens and couples.
Outside of the therapy room, Lizzie enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family and values the importance of balance and self-care principles she encourages clients to explore in ways that feel realistic and supportive.
