As a competitive triathlete, Anna draws inspiration from the discipline, balance, and resilience that sport provides. She integrates these principles into her therapeutic work, placing strong emphasis on the three pillars of health – nutrition, movement, and sleep – supporting both physical and psychological wellbeing.
